RED PEPPER & FETA DIP !🌿☀️

Ingredients for a nice bowl :

- One red pepper

- Half a feta (about 100 g)

- 1⁄2 glass of water

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- S&P

- Some smoked paprika

- Remove the seeds from your red pepper and cut it in two

- Cook in the oven at 200°C for 30 min, and put the grill mode for the last ten minutes

- When your pepper looks burned, remove from oven

- Remove the skin

- Cut your pepper in big chunks and add it to your blender, as well as the feta

- Blend

- Add half a glass of water and mix again

- Add 3 table spoons of olive oil, and some salt and pepper (careful! feta il

already salty)

- Add some smoked paprika for extra yumminess

- Grab your favorite Yuma crackers

- And enjoy without waiting 🤗
