CARROT & ALMOND BUTTER DIPšŸ„•šŸ¤¤

Ingredients for a nice bowl :


- 5 big carrots

- 2 or 3 tablespoons of almond butter

- Ā¼ of a glass of wateršŸ’§

- the juice of Ā½ lemon šŸ‹

- S&P


Preparation :


  1. Boil some water in a small pot

  2. Peel your carrots

  3. Cut them in large chunks

  4. When the water is boiling, put your carrots to cook for 15 min, or until they are soft

  5. Put them in your blender, and add the almond butter and water

  6. Blend

  7. Add your lemon juice, and some salt and pepper

  8. And there you go! An unbelievably easy and delicious September recipe. Enjoy!šŸ˜›
