For about 4 persons

Ingredients :

- 6 artichoke hearts (for a smoother result, use artichoke bottoms)

- Half a clove of garlic

- 2 table spoons of olive oil

- 3 stem of basil (about 10 leaves)

- Some salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation :

1. Cut your artichokes in big chunks

2. Add them to the blender, as well as your garlic, basil, olive oil, and salt & pepper

3. Blend until smooth, you may need to stir with a spoon as well

4. Depending on the consistency, add more olive oil, and even a little bit of water if needed

5. Correct the seasoning with more salt, pepper, and basil if you like

6. Try it with our Fleur de sel crackers: a match made in heaven 🤤👌🏼
