Ingredients :

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 180g of oat flakes

  • 20g of Yuma protein

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • A handful of hazelnuts

  • 30g dark chocolate

  • 100m of vegetable milk

  • Topping : Coconut flakes

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°.

  2. Mash the two bananas until you obtain a panade.

  3. Add the peanut butter, honey and cinnamon and mix well.

  4. Then add the vegetable milk, the Yuma flour and the oat flakes. Mix well.

  5. Add the hazelnuts.

  6. Arrange in an oven dish with baking paper or a reusable non-stick sheet.

  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool.

  8. Melt the chocolate in a bain marie, sprinkle with coconut flakes on top with a spoon.

  9. Leave to rest in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.

  10. Cut into bars and eat
